I think I have made a huge mistake. We are traveling with a group and they check out a couple of days before us. They are going off property to visit with family and their daughter is going to fly home with us, she has to be back for camp the next day. I was not thinking the other day when I did our flights and she is on our flight itenary ( Airtran). She was just gonna meet us at the airport. My question is we will be using ME and will already have 4 listed in our CBR room, so I can't just add her to our room and have her just meet us at CBR. Will this mess our check in with RAC as their are 4 of us but showing 5? If so, should I get a room only for the 1 night so she is again listed as a guest on property? HELP and thanks for some info.

RAC has nothing to do with DME. They don't really care who is in the room. But, there could be an issue with her having a different name than you, and her not being there to show ID when you go down to checkin. I'm just not sure. Perhaps someone else has more productive info??

No more productive information. But, the main issue is that DME is separate.

So, do you think she should just meet us at the resort and catch the bus with us. My thought was she could not catch ME or would they even notice in this case. She could then show ID at RAC, she is a minor (16 year old). Boy, never thought I could cause this big of a pickle.

She will have to make alternate travel arrangements to get to the airport. Magical Express is available for one trip from MCO to WDW on or after one's check-in date, and one trip from WDW to MCO on or before one's check out date. Since she (her family) will have checked out two days before you do, she won't be eligible for DME back to the airport.

It will be more cost-effective to arrange a town car or taxi for her - and maybe one adult in your party - than to book her a room for her last night.

Your options are to have her meet you at the airport or make arrangements to get her from WDW to MCO. I think they would notice that you have an extra person, they may or may not deny her boarding. If they do deny her boarding, they you can try to catch a cab. That would be cheaper than booking another room.

Mears shuttle to and from disney isn't too pricey. When Cultural Reps arrive at the airport to start working at the World Showcase they reccommend mears (cant use ME) and its like under 20 bucks I believe.

Okay people...the major issue, as I see it, is this young lady being on the OP's flight itinerary. And then, not being at WDW to checkin for her flight with the rest of the group.
I guess I would just go to RAC, check everyone in, and if there is any issue, the young lady will have to check herself in at the airport. I would have her meet you at some central place in the main terminal if you aren't able to check her in at the resort.

She won't be able to ride the bus from WDW since she isn't listed on the room reservation. But I believe her family is dropping her at MCO to meet up with the other group. I do have to wonder if her baggage is going to be an issue though.

You have hit it on the head. She will not be checking any bags as she will only have carry-on. My whole issue is I put her on our itenary not thinking. Meeting her is not a problem just don't want to get our boarding passes messed up. Seriously just thinking of getting another room for 1 night and have her meet us. It would be nice to have that extra room since our kids are bigger, what a nice birthday surprise for DH, a room to ourselves after 10 nights with the kids. She would then be with us and again a registered guest with Disney.:confused3
