HELP!!! I need banking/borrowing assistance

Tomorrow morning my 11 mo booking window opens. We have 125 points at BLT that just came avail for this use year (our use year is dec). We want to travel this dec to BLT so we plan to bank these points, use 2014's points then borrow points to get 2 2 bedroom villas. My question is....Do I need to bank the points online tonight before I try to make the ressie tomorrow at 8am....will they show up in my acct? Will the online system be able to handle borrowing points for my rooms OR do you think I should wait and call member services at 9am? THANKS!!

If you want to use 2013 points for this reservation, you have to bank them. You can try that online.

The online system has been having issues, I would try it but you may have to call at 9:00. If you do have to call, start hitting redial at around 8:59 to get in right when the phone system switches over.

Yes, bank them tonight and try to book online tomorrow at 8am. When you are designating points for the reservation the system will tell you that you need to borrow and will do so.

But, as was said the system has been a little off recently however that is the steps you would normally take.
