Due to a mobility disability I need a carpet in my room.

Planning a trip for fall of 2020. Which hotels still have carpets?

I can’t answer your question outright. What level resort are you looking at? That might help you get some answers for resorts that currently have carpet. But the way Disney is updating & removing carpets, I wouldn’t count on any resort still having carpet a year from now.

They are removing all carpets as each resort is refurbed.

Resort doesn’t matter, I have stayed in all different from value to deluxe

The Polynesian still had carpet as of August 2019. I think they are in the process of testing rooms for a future refurbishment, so you may want to keep an eye on this.

I know Caribbean beach just went through a renovation and they kept carpeting in the rooms so I would expect that to be there for years.

I believe the same happened at the Beach Club and the current refurb kept the carpeting.

I know the following resorts do NOT have carpeting from the recent renovations: Yacht Club, Coronado, AKL, POP, and the renovated All Stars. Grand Floridian rooms have a hardwood floor at the entry, but are carpet in the main part of the room, so something to keep in mind.

Port Orleans Riverside looks like the carpets are being pulled as they are being refurbished as well. I have seen that they are in the process of refurbishment there right now.

Rooms at CBR were last renovated 2015, so I would only count on them for a little longer. But currently they still have it.

The Beach Club just completed a renovation in 2017 (??) and it has new carpeting in all the rooms.

Boardwalk Villas and Beach Club Villas last December, no carpeting all hardwood. I missed it (sore feet), but I get it. Maybe this is just the DVC refurbs?

The Beach Club just completed a renovation in 2017 (??) and it has new carpeting in all the rooms.

I stayed there in 2016 in a standard room that had already been refurbed, and yes, it had carpeting.
