on a post called " I've never met an avatar I didn't like......Show yours off here " on the Community board. I had mentioned that I had not seen half of the avatars and where were they. It was address to me tink2dw and the link was for a tool website that reduced clipart to avatar size!! I followed the link,but then I had to shut down and forgot to favorite it.

I don't know if this is the one, but I use www.gifworks.com sometimes. It only works with .gif files.
