Help! I just did my first trial offer on QR!!!

This really scares me - I just did my first big trial offer on QR. I hope it goes well. I wrote down all phone#'s and read all the fine print. Do I need to email Dmitry with a confirmation? - it didn't specifically say so.

I don't want to lose $17.00!! That will put me over the monthly "keep tokens" goal.
