Help! I have tomatoes coming out my ears!

Im NOT a tomato person although I do enjoy a nice salsa.

What can I do with all these Tomatoes???

LOL Mary I would love to but these have been shared with ME!!
I *did* manage to harvest one of my own tomatoes this year I have 8 more on the vine but my crop didnt do well this year. My onions on the hand have gone to town!


I also have a Zuchini that I need to make Zuchini bread with and little pickling cuke that needs something done with it

Wish you could send them to me. I really miss them this year. DGrandfather used to grow millions of them and gave them out to everyone. Since he passed away we haven't had any home grown tomatos. The ones from the grocery store are just never as good.

I wish I was near you to share your harvest. I <i>love</i> tomatoes. You could can them or freeze them. It's so easy to do that even <i>I</i> have done it.

Divide them up and put them in some plastic bags and freeze them. You don't have to do anything to them. The skins might split when they are frozen. Just thaw when you want them and use them for sauces, etc.
