Help! I have artist Block!

LoL, ok so maybe just a little over dramatic. I usually make my own autograph books by using the Microsoft publisher software. This year I created my own Epcot Passports for my kids which came out AMAZING, but I think I used up all my artistic power on them and now I just stare at the blank sheets of paper on my screen trying to think of how to start and nothing is coming to me! I went online and checked some of these boards but that was just depressing, lol...Everyone's designs are AMAZING! They make my old designs from previous trips look like amateur hour. Anyways does anyone have a special software that they like to use that is user friendly that I can play around with and maybe some ideas will come to me. It usually takes me about 4-6 months to do my autograph books bc I am a perfectionist and in my time count I am running out of time if I want to get use to using a new software, lol. Any tips to a fellow creative fan would be awesome thanks!

I am trying to think up new coupons ,activities etc. that I haven't made in the past for my granddaughters next trip.
PS I think most of my stuff is ok and I only use paint.net to make stuff.

Maybe
think about a specific park and do a
"-----" Adventure in "--------"
Give child specific tasks to do (Find 4 Mickey heads) and then get a CM's signature when the task is completed.

Thanks for the support! LoL I got so annoyed I went back to trying to configure our Fast Passes (you know, like 6 months in advance, lol)...this trip is seriously going to be the most complicated trip I've ever planned in my life, lol...at least I think I figured out how big I want the autograph books to be...yay! Thats 1 step in the right direction! I was going to try to make them into a scrapbook/photobook/autograph book but I think that might be too complicated...WAIT! Unless...I create the Autograph page and then on the page before I can put a picture holder and then have my kids decorate that side with stickers or something that way I have the autograph page and I can still put a photo on the opposite page and I don't have to worry about fitting all of this on 1 page...hmmm...ok so now I have 2 ideas which are good, now I just need the whole create the autograph pages idea to come to me and we will have it made, LOL

Also, I saved several "journal pages" to fill out and print when we get back, but am taking a spiral bound notebook with all the questions written out, so I can ask and mark down their answers in the moment, instead of later.
