Help-I deleted my 40% email!

Okay, so I got the email with the discount code and deleted it because it wasn't for any dates that I was interested in going. Now, DH says I can go without him and take the kids in Dec. So I call and tell the CM that I got the email but deleted it and she said she couldn't give me the discount unless I had the pin code. I asked her if there were any codes listed with my name and she said no. I can't retreive it from my trash can. Why didn't the CM have it listed with my name? Any advice?? I want to go.

That is strange because when I called on the 16th I was told that the pin code was attached to my name and so I wouldn't have to give it them again.

I would keep calling. Someone is bound to verify that the pin is attached to your name.

I spoke with a CM a couple of days ago that said they can see every code/email they have ever sent you...and he started telling me what they were. They have the code/pin...you just have to keep calling to find someone that wants to take the time to look it up. Good luck.

I called back and got another CM who was very sweet and helpful but she said she didn't see it either and even checked under my husbands name. I'm beginning to think I imagined the whole thing! I asked if there were any other codes she could use and she said no so I guess I am out of luck. Boy, am I ever kicking myself!

Even if you deleted the email you can still find it under 'deleted items' in Outlook Express and even if you use another email program I am guessing they have something similar.

If you do not empty your deleted folder often it might take a tiny bit of searching to find it but it should be there.
