Help! I can't post attachments!

can anyone tell me why I cannot post attachments? I am starting a trip report and it's kinda hard to do without photos!!!!! Any suggestions? I ahve done the tutorial and I am sure I am doing it right. In the lower left hand corner of my screen it says I may not post attachments....why?

You can't do photos as attachments - you have to upload them to a site like Photobucket.

Are you copying the IMG url code?
