HELP! I can't make my reservations this morning

It is 6 am and I can not log into my account on the disney web site. (System error) I am trying to make reservations for Cinderella's RT for 8/17. DVC told me that today at 6am I could do that with or without a reservation number. But the website says that date is not opened up yet! What am I doing wrong! We have a party of 9 - could that be it. I am very frustrated.

Today is not 180 days from 8/17 that would be tomorrow on 2/18. My 180 day for 8/14 was on Tuesday this week 2/15. You can double check with the calculator from the home page. (click dis home above and choose dining and scroll down.)

We actually check in on 8/16 - but want a res for 8/17 - I think this is why I need to log in and use my reservation number - I was able to create a new acct with another email and get in - my regular email kept giving me a system error! But then I was unable to get any reservations for a party of 9 at CRT (got one of 4 and one of 5) and nothing anywhere else for a party of 12 .
I am so frustrated - I going to call at 9:00 - I just got bad info from DVC and that makes me mad - I asked specifically about needing to log in and they said no ( I would have practiced that yesterday and fixed it before 6am) and they said I could do parties of 12 and I don't think you can

Okay vent over! I am going to regroup at 9 am!

Have you considered calling the regular dining line right now? They can help you with a party of 12.

yes, a party of nine is considered a grand gathering and the regular dining line would definitely be able to help you.. when its my 180 mark, I always call because I like being able to talk to a person, and also I get the absolute ressies out of the way.. I always keep those and then throughout the next months, I delete and add and change a lot of the other ones..

I agree, while I know it's toll free at 9:00AM, you will lose 2 hours since the regular dining phone lines open at 7:00AM. Good luck!

I didn't realize that the regular dining reservation line opened at 7:00
I called and got almost everything I wanted.
I had to split up our party of 9 into two groups for Cinderella and I had to split up our group of 12 to get into Via Napoli. I think I can live with that

Anyone know how that will actually work when we get to the restaurants. Will we be able to sit together?

At Via Napoli there's a l-o-n-g table where we saw 3 large groups seated. Each group had at least 10 people. It's like a communal table, but there were unoccupied seats between the 3 groups. Maybe they will seat you there if you ask to be seated together when you get to the podium.
