Help, I can't get a picture to show

Help! I followed all the directions for posting a picture and it does come up for a few minutes and then it turns into this. What am I doing wrong?

You're doing everything correctly. The problem is with the site where your picture is stored. Either they don't allow direct linking, or it is a temporary problem as their message states.
