Help, I am so sadly out of date and MISinformed!

It has been TWO years since I have checked in on the boards and our vacations to Disney have been last minute excursions or on DCL.

I am so sadly BEHIND the times about DVC, in particular, the use of Magic Bands. Can anyone recommend a sticky on the subject? Things like - do I get them with DVC, when, how far in advance to schedule rides, etc... Perhaps this is on the WDW section.

Any help getting me up to speed with a link would be really appreciated!

MagicBands work as they do with a standard on-site room reservation. They ship to you 30 days before arrival - I believe if you book closer than that they give you oes in standard grey on checkin). You can book Fastpass+ 60 days out.
