Get a post by itself so that you can link a single post?? Like how people do for TR?

On the bar that has the date and time of the post... directly to the right there is a post number... (your's is #1 and mine is #2)

The number is actually a link and all you have to do is right-click and choose "Copy Link Location" (this is for Firefox, but I'm sure the choices are similar for all browsers).
