HELP!!! How do I.....

We are taking family with us for our next trip to Disney. I have their reservation in my MDE as well as their tickets and will soon be making their FP+. I have done every single part of their trip. BUT....when it comes to BOG FP+, they don't even show up as part of my MDE, so how do I get them to be part of my family?!?! Why oh why won't they show up?

If I call Disney, will they be able to help me?

BOG FP+ is a separate website the confirmation FP+ will not show up in your MDE account

Sorry I'm not being clear. It will only let me choose for my immediate family and not all of the people that are coming with us even though all of their hotels/tickets/magic bands/everything is in my account.
