Help. How do I resize

Some of the designs are too big for a small childs shirt if I print them at 8 X 10. The 5 X 7 seems small. When I go to print it gives me limited options.

Is there a way to specify a different size or resize the picture before printing?

Copy and paste the picture into word and then resize by either right clicking on the image and then dragging the corners of the picture or

right click on the image and then at the top of word go to "format" and in the drop down box right click on "picture"

then click on the "size" tab and change either the height or width to the size that you want...the computer will fix the other so that the picture won't be distorted. Then click okay.
