Help, Hotel Question for May 17-21

Hey,

I have a current reservation for a standard view non renovated room through DVC (can't book a renovated room through them) for May 17-21. With all the construction and not having a new room i was considering seeing if I can switch to Paradise Pier.

So, should I Keep the Disneyland Hotel reservation?

-or-

Switch to Paradise Pier
--> Should I get a park view?


Also, anyone have any idea how much of the room construction will be done by then?

I would switch and go with a parkview if you can. Many rumor to when the construction will end in June-July or not. You can call the hotel directly and ask, maybe they have a better idea.

I would try to wait until the last minute if you are thinking of changing to the PPH.

There is such a small amount of rooms to not have been touched by the construction that you may get the "free upgrade" because all they have are old rooms in rehab and new rooms for guests to stay in.
