Help - Hilton and fastpass

Friends are going for the first time in a very long time. They are staying at the Disney Springs Hilton. They should be able to get fast passes 60 days in advance. Do they set up MDE and link their hotel? I assume they need the tickets linked also? Magic bands - will they get them free?

The will to set up mde account .link hotel and ticket numbers . The at 60days out can book fastpass . They will not get free magic bands . You can buy them but will not be able to use them to open there room door or i think make purchases with them
