Help help - how to turn off the email notes about new posts??!!

On these new boards I must have set myself up for something I don't want. I get email everytime a board I've recently replied to gets a new post. Too disruptive at work (I'm too tempted to look at them!). How can I turn this feature off?

Go to 'user CP' above, and then to 'edit options'. You'll see a place in there to turn it off.
