When I try to call WDW first I have type my reservations number, then my telephone number but then.................

The voice on the other side says something like press” pound” ??

What does he mean,whitch button do I have to use, what is “pound”?

I’m sorry but I think in Dutch and hear English and I’m panicking when I have to call and I press lots of buttons and that does not work.

Please help me.
