Help...having trouble activating quick reply

Hi! I am new here and cannot activate the quick reply so that I can reply to threads. Nothing happens when I click on any of the buttons. I am sure this is user error...but can someone help me out? TIA

Are you clicking on the Quick Reply button in a post? It is the little icon in the lower right corner of each post that looks like a piece of paper with a quill pen.

You have to click on that to activate Quick Reply. You will also have the option of quoting what ever post you clicked on.
