Help- Has anyone stayed at LBV resort Village and Spa?

We need to stay for two nights prior to going to condo. Has anyone stayed here before?

Have sent clients there before, very nice property and has a spa onsite, very well received.

I haven't stayed here before (although I did for a trip coming up this week - they were sold out), but the location is very good. It's also next door to one of the factory outlet malls.

My parents stayed here when we got married in Orlando two months ago - very nice place.
Condos are spacious with everything you need, area is nice, 10 minute drive at most to WDW.

I didn't think the Buena Vista Factory Outlets were particularly good tho

We stayed in October, and it is has beautiful rooms. We only spent one night, so didn't check out the spa. We were in building 5 I think. It was across the street from the office, and parking facing the main street was pretty sparse. It seemed like most of the parking was on the back side (facing the very empty outlet mall parking lot at night), which was a little scary from a security point of view.

We are also in a credit card dispute over our 1 night stay as we were charged a 1 night deposit on booking, and then they charged us a 1 night stay when we got there, even though I showed them the paperwork that showed our payment and the said they would take care of it. Lo and behold, the second charge was on my next credit card statement. when I called them they said it had already been credited back to my card, yet 30 days later the credit still was not on my card. Other than that, it was a really nice place.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. That will solve your problem.
