HELP - Happy Haunts Merchandise Damaged

I am really upset. The first of my Happy Haunts Merchandise arrived yesterday. The one box looked like it took quite a beating, so I had them open it at Fed-Ex. The boxes from the Grandfather Clock and Who Lives in your Attic suffered quite a bit of damage. When I got home and opened the Who Lives in your Attic, the little clock was broke off.

I am really sick about it! Both pieces were signed. I contacted Fed-Ex, and they said I had to contact Disney. I tried to contact Event Services this morning, and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I had to to leave, so I tried to call when I got to work, and then the Event Services had a message stating that their offices open at 8:30 am.

I don't know who to contact. Does anyone have any advice at this point?
 
Bumping this up hoping someone else knows who to contact in this circumstance.

I don't know for certain, but my guess would be Event Services. I am so sorry this happened to you!
 
Try e-mailing event services. My stuff arrived in fine condition last week, but I just opened the boxes on Sunday.
