Help?(guys preferably)

Lift and eat...I gained 25 pounds since last summer by just doing both of those...if you are still growing just do push-ups, pull ups, and sit-ups and all the none lifting exercises. And you don't necessarily have to eat healthy...I tried eating only healthy stuff and lifting and I lost weight.

i am growing to be 6 foot 7 :)tthanks all

That wouldn;t be smart for me because i eat tons a day and burn them off just by me typing this message

Haha I was just reading this and I was like 'God, that's like me'. Except I'm a girl.

Im a guy and I have like the same dimensions as you. 5 10 and 120ish pounds. People think I weigh less than 100 because i am like 0.1% fat and all muscle. To make a long story short, if you like your weight dont change it.

your both hard gainers. im there too. but i recoment creatine. ive been doing it for about 1 1/2 months and ive gained 18 pounds.
Isn't that like a legal steroid. They like inject water or whatever in to you. A bunch of kids o it at my school.

I would NOT take any supplements... does it show results quick? yes..... however, in the long run, its terrible for your health... and if you stop working out daily, youll start to like sag and like... melt lol

so does coffee. but ive been drinking that since 6th grade and im already taller than i was supposed to be.

creatine is naturally found in the body, its a chemical that helps your body retain water.

last time i checked water is like the most important thing in your diet.. no?

well, the problem is that if the creatine chemical is supplied to your body from an external source, your body will stop producing it on its own, because it has more than enough of that chemical.... soo, if you stop taking it, and your body stopped making the chemical, youre body wont have the creatine it needs to function properly... so your going to go through some withdrawl and will develop what could be permanent physical breakdowns

haha yep.... thats also how drugs work.. but instead of supplying creatine, they supply dopamine (hormone that makes you feel good).... so when you take the drug, your body stops producing dopamine because its already getting it from an outside source.... and when you use up all of the dopamine, you feel really crappy, so you take the drug again to get the dopamine to feel better... thats how addiction progresses

haha yea, iono where else to post this so ill just do it here...

Darkwing: how did you get your tricepts to curve in so much man? haha, i do about 100+ push ups a day and all that seems to do is just tone it and make it "square" looking ( 2nd from last pic : http://disboards.com/showpost.php?p=26982993&postcount=2254 )... they dont pop out like i want them to -_-... what excercises do you do?

when I was playing high school basketball I was doing push ups everyday so that's probably where they started. Then I started doing tricep extensions, curls, and bench more often so that helped. I think playing b-ball helped too because of all the shoving that goes on in the post. Plus I still do push ups before bed every night.
