Help! Guy advice needed!

Okay. I know I posted awhile ago about some other guy (who, obviously, I turned down) but I'm back again.

All right. A guy that I've liked for quite awhile asked me out at the dance last night. I don't know what to do. I like him, but I guess I'm just... I don't know... scared, confused by this dating thing. I've never dated anyone, and now I've had two different guys put this pressure on me. Nathan is really sweet, and he told me to just talk it over with a few people, to attempt to sort things out, and then give him an answer, at least by Monday. Part of me really wants to say yes, but part says no, that's I'm still too confused. Help!!!

You can always tell him you just want to be friends and get to know eachother first. Go on casual dates with him and bring a couple of other friends. That way the pressure of real dating is off. Then once you know him better and you get more comfortable with him, then see how you feel and go from there.

Thanks! And, yes, I did say yes. He said he couldn't really believe it at first.

Now, though, it's kinda weird. He told me at lunch that before it felt like we were dating, but now it feels like we're just friends. He's kind of awkward around me now, when he wasn't before. I don't know; I guess I'll just have to see how things go tomorrow!
