If you will be squinting in your photos from trying to focus on something, I'm blind as a bat 5 inches in front of my face, then wear your glasses or consider getting fitted for contacts or getting LASIC (or however it is spelled).
I'd say, tho, that if you like the way you look in your glasses, then don't worry about it, any decision will be perfect for you.
My husband had the worry of the glare on his glasses in the pictures so he got contacts and wore contacts for the ceremony and cake cutting. He didn't have to worry about not seeing anything that was going on, he only kept the contacts in for about 4 hours and took them out at dinner, so our dessert party he had his glasses on again. This was a great fix for us, we didn't want him squinting in the pictues or on video
My husband did not wear his glasses -- we had engagement photos taken by Randy Chapman a few months before the wedding and there was a bad glare in some of them so we decided the glasses had to go. He had them on hand and put them on during the reception (our pictures turned out great!)
Not that this will Help but I know my glasses have a no glare coating on them. I wore my contacts entire wedding and recp. but most People don't even know I wear glasses.
I'm not able to wear contacts, just get squimish when my finger goes near my eye. I don't mind the way I look in glasses but preferred not to wear them. I had them handy in my purse but I didn't need to wear them all day.
My husband tried contacts but since he always wears his glasses, it just didn't "look" like him so we decided he would wear his glasses and got the anti-glare coating put on them. Didn't have a problem at all with them but the photographer told us ahead of time that he would be able to remove the glare with retouching (which he needed to do in a family photo because of my mother's glasses).
