Help getting scratches off Black Fridge

Wasn't sure where to post this....

Does anyone have any suggestions to get scratches off a black refrigerator? It is the new type of black fridge, where the finish is shiny rather than textured?

I did a google search and found someone mention turtle wax, but I can always find someone on the DIS who can help with whatever the problem is in the best way possible.

If the finish is scratched and you cannot compound it out - like with barely there scratches on a car - you can touch it up with a paint pen or marker so it's not so obvious.

Because it is scratched, or you just don't like the way it looks?

I really don't like stainless and it seems like all the new black fridges have the shiny finish, rather than textured. I don't want white either.

Because it scratched so easy. It is only DH & I, no kids. I take good care of my applicances. This never looks clean. I would never buy another one like this. I have other black appliances and they dont look like this. Can't wait to get rid of it and it is only a few years old

Thanks for this feedback. The fridge I was looking at had this finish and I never really thought about scratching until I really started looking at the one in the store on display. Wish I could find what I want with the textured black.
