HELP: Getting Passholder Rates Online

I am hoping someone has had to deal with this issue and might be able to provide some tips.

I am trying to see if passholder rates are available online but am having issues getting the online system to accept my AP voucher number.

I am chooisng Pass Type 3 which appears to be a voucher similar to mine, but it's getting the final numbers in the correct format I am having issues with. The format in the field on the web site shows #..###. The end of my pass number is Tr: 7 7. I have tried every combination I can think of to try to get the numbers in a format the system will take, but no luck. I don't know whether I need to include the 'Tr' or just the 7s or what.

Can anyone help? I may just need to call when CRO opens.

I was never able to register mine. I contacted Disney and I can't remember what their response was but I still couldn't register with
Whatever they told me.

I haven't tried again in quite awhile so maybe I'll try today...

When are Passholder Rates available for? I have been trying for June and were told they are not available yet.

Usually passholder rates for the summer come out around April sometime. I am waiting also as I want to book an AP rate sometime the middle of July.

OP, try a different card to see if that works for you. The rates are available through June 14. If your dates are June 14 or before, I can check for you.
I'll need:
dates of your trip
number of adults
number of children and ages
resort
room only or package

Thanks so much for the offer! Just got off the phone with CRO and was able to get an AP rate in May but it wasn't as much of a discount as I had hoped for ($14 less than spring discount rate).
