Help getting icon back on taskbar

Somehow the internet explorer icon dissappeared from my taskbar. How do I put it back?

Is it still on your desktop?
In your start menu?
You can click once on it from anywhere and drag it to your taskbar and drop it.

I like it for the few things I use VRY often, plus a real simple way to minimize (not close) all the open windows and have only the desktop.

And I've lost my Paint icon. It's not on my start menu OR my desktop anymore!

Yikes, how does that happen and how the heck do I find THAT one again? LOL
