Help getting around DW

Ok-- I have a question that hopefully someone can answer

We will be spending the afternoon in Downtown Disney and we have a reservation for the Flying Fish Cafe. How do we get to where that is located and about how long does it take?

Flying Fish is my favorite restaurant! It is located at the Boardwalk. If you are staying on site, from Downtown Disney take a bus to the Boardwalk, Yacht/Beach Club or Swan Dolphin and walk around the lagoon until you get there (if your bus goes to the Boardwalk, which is the closest, just head towards the lagoon and the Flying Fish is right there).

The amount of time this takes will depend on your bus luck (how long you have to wait) and which Downtown stop you use (there are 3 stops at Downtown Disney, and I always seem to have a bus driver shift change at Pleasure Island which adds a little time). Once on any of the busses, the trip is probably 20ish minutes or so(again depending on how many stops the bus makes). I'm not exactly sure because I've never timed it. Maybe someone else can give you a more accurate estimation.

If you're staying off site and are driving, I can't help you because I've never driven at WDW.
