Help! Getting an error message on the app and website.

I am unable to use the app or website to make dining reservations. After trying to add my dining party on the website, I always get the message, "There was an error adding the participants to your dining party. Please try again or call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 for assistance." And when I use the app to enter my name and credit card info, I get the error, "Sorry, there was a problem loading the requested information. Please try again."

I have NEVER been able to make reservations on the app or website... I always get these messages and just end up having to call. Is this common? Is there any way I can fix this?

If you're getting this on both the App and the webpage I'd say it might be something weird with your account. Have you tried calling their website support phone line?

I can't make reservations either. It says the system is having trouble making my reservation right now. I had no trouble yesterday. Not fun when you are up at 3 am PST.

So, I'm still having trouble. You are right it never works. I had this same issue last time as well and had to do most of my reservations via phone. Last time we were on vacation in Hawaii so it was 6 hour time difference and I really wanted to get a BOG reservation so, I tried online and then eventually had to call. Today it is 3 hour difference but still 3 am is darn early.
