The ones we get from Gold Mobility have the ability to push the seat back, even DH at 6'2" tall wouldn't have his leg extend past the end of the scooter if his leg was propped up with the seat pushed all the way back. This is on a victory 10 with captains chair. You may need to lower the tiller more as a result, so it is closer to you though.

I didn’t mean the foot hanging over necessarily, just that it’s more exposed than when in regular position. People walk close by in high traffic areas and I could see the foot possibly getting bopped by someone carrying a shopping bag etc.

If it does, it means you got too close to them it they got too close to you. Not saying it couldn't happen, or even that it wouldn't happen, but it shouldn't.

? I’m trying not to write a thesis.
There can be high traffic congestion with people going in different directions. Sometimes there’s not much space.

I would certainly reach out to your medical team, and make sure they know you are going to WDW - just in case they have any further information for you prior to the trip.

Oh, i did. All insisted upon the chair due to the miles that are wracked up walking.

I’m not sure the distance from chair to the front of ecv would be comfortable to put foot up? Also people may bump into the foot when it’s on the end. Ouch

I’ll be sure to remember to make sure feet tucked in safely.

Will say have observed rather clueless people, obviously not in the WC’s users party, seriously crowd users up to point of leaning onto the scooters when standing next to them waiting for parades/FW.

This happen to us for MK parade and I couldn’t believe it. Parent sent their 2 kids up to the front after arriving late. Ok fine. But they made themselves comfortable leaning on our scooter. The large kid sat on the bumper bending it and wouldn’t move when asked. The whole family made like they were unable to communicate.They stayed the whole parade. just crazy!

I would have asked a CM to get security over and made a report, they vandalized the equipment and needed to be held responsible by having to pay for the damage. And I don't care if it was a rental or personal scooter, they is just wrong.
