We are going for the weekend... Is there any kind of Disney store left? Any fun shopping for DD (8) and I? How about Scrapbook stores?
Thanks!

HI,

Here in Edwardsville!! The St. Louis Galleria is a great place to shop. I am pretty sure they still have a Disney store, but they have a lot of stores that little girls love. My DD (9) begs to go every weekend. They have a LibbyLu's (sp) and they do their hair and have a lot of neat girl stuff. It is a really nice mall. It is on 40. Have you thought about the City Museum downtown? It is a great kid museum...a lot of neat things for kids to do and see. Have a great weekend!!

I'm in Maryville here. I second the PP. The Galleria has a Disney Store. As far as a scrapbooking store, I have no idea. Have a good time. Also if you're looking for a good place to eat. The Macaroni Grill is near by. And it is amazing!!

Thanks!! That sounds like fun!! It is going to be a girls weekend... No daddy allowed... :)

. The Galleria has a Disney Store. Its right off 55 at the Brentwood exit.
Just wanted to correct this poster. The Galleria Mall is on Hwy 40/64, not 55. The exit is Brentwood though. I looked at the Galleria directory and there doesn't appear to be a scrapbooking store. Although, I'm just going by names, and nothing sounded like a sb store.

I do know there is a scrapbooking store at Chesterfield Mall which is a bit further west than the Galleria on 40/60. It's at the Clarkson exit. They also have a Disney Store. link

There's also a Macaroni Grill there, and Bahama Breeze. Not sure if the Cheesecake factory is open yet. Nearby is The Butterfly House, which is very cool.

Yes! The Cheesecake Factory just opened in Chesterfield and I just started a post about it! :rotfl: There's also a CF at the Galleria too. Oh and Crate and Barrel is right across the street!

I'm originally from the area, but now in Indiana. We go home every Thanksgiving and there's a great scrapbook store in Fairview Heights - just down the road from a large mall called St. Clair Square. The store is called the Scrapbook Factory - and from downtown St. Louis, it's only about 15-20 minutes - on the Illinois side.

From St. Louis, you'll take I.64 east toward Illinois and exit at Highway 159. The mall sits right there. Now, if you travel just south of the mall to the first major intersection and make a left on Lincoln Highway (Highway 50) and that road will take you to the Scrapbook Factory - maybe 2 or 3 miles down the road and on your left - address 2004 W. Highway 50.

Hope this helps!! :thumbsup2

P.S. There's also a DISNEY Store in St. Clair Square.

THANKS!! I am getting so excited!!!
