Help.... freaking out!!

Okay....

So I just checked my confirmation email from Eurostar.

We're travelling via Lille outbound, no problem.

There's no inbound train on there coming home. Help!!!

I know I asked them to book the train because they confirmed the time over the phone!!! Why isn't it showing up on my itinerary?!

Freaking out big time :sad1:
 
I would give Eurostar a ring, they will be able to pull up your booking using your booking reference and that way they will be able to tell you exactly what you have booked.
 
thanks - rang them and apparently although its all booked, they can't send an email confirmation for that leg of the journey for some reason?! very odd... :)

That's good news, are you picking your tickets up at the station?
It does seem very odd but at least you know it's all booked.
 

yes, from the station :)

booking was so complicated, on the way there were going via lille, but direct on the way back. so we have 12 tickets to pick up in total :rotfl:

the system failed during booking, so over an hour later it was finally all booked separately but without confirmation. a tad worrying!!
