Hello! I have a question about Jedi Training.

We will be at DHS on an EMH day, but since we are staying at GKTW for my daughters Wish Trip, we won't be able to technically enter the park until 9.

We have ADR at H&V at 8am because I thought that would give us an edge on sign ups for JTA until I realized it was an EMH day. :worried:

How late can you be for ADR before you are considered a no-show? Would we have time to enter the park for our ADR, get to JTA and sign up and make it back to H&V in time?

There is also an 8:15 available for that day. If I change to that one, how early can you enter the park before your ADR?

Sorry so many questions....it's all of our first time to WDW!

JTA sign-ups at the beginning of EMH is for onsite resort guests. Perhaps your GKTW coordinator can assist in getting you signed up for JTA.

If possible, you can send one adult with the JTA kids to sign up while the rest of your group goes to H&V and checks in. Your group will be seated after everyone in the group shows up.

JTA has special meet and greets for GKTW families. My DD is a member of the JTA onstage cast and the M&G is usually held after the 2:40 JTA session.

I would take the 8:15. I'm sure they'll let you in a little before the adr. Do you have enough people for some to head to the restaurant?

We have 6 in our party. Me, DH and our 4 kiddos. DH could take our Wish Kiddo and I could check in at H&V with the other 3. And I'll also talk to our MAW Wish Granters to see if they have any ideas or can help us. I was so excited to learn that our daughter can participate in her wheelchair even if she can't fully propel herself.

Yes, your coordinator can help in getting her signed up for a session that fits your schedule. That way you won't have to rush and you won't get turned away because of not being an onsite resort guest. Have a wonderful trip!
