Tutto Italia or Via Napoli?

I haven't been since 2003 and I think tutto italia replaced the old italian restaurant, right?

Tutto Italia.

We did both restaurants back to back last trip, and Via N. was very loud, noodle cassarole thing that came with my meal was inedible, burnt with a tire consistency.

Get the Short Ribs and Tiramisu, which I ordered at the suggestion of my waiter. HE got a great tip that night, as he steered me well.
