Help for Bookwormde's DW homework

DW is working her way through a nursing program and is taking a technical writing course and as the final paper there is a research survey to do.
I have posted it below if anyone has time to fill it out and post it back or email it to me.
delawareaspergers@verizon.net
OF course it is about Aspergers
We need that data by 4/21/10 (yes we are behind schedule)
thanks to anyone who can help

Sue, I hope this is OK to do, if not just delete the whole post
