Help for a project NON disney

Hi everyone, I was wondering if any of the very talented DISigners would like to help me out. I am trying to find a graduation certificate for my tiger cubs for the Blue and Gold Dinner on Saturday. It would need the tiger cub logo. And their colors are orange, black, and white. I would like it to say CONGRATULATIONS to( Blank line for name) for using the Tiger Cub Motto Search. Discover. Share. to complete the Tiger Cub Program.
And then two lines on the bottom for the AKELA to sign.

Akelas are the two leaders.
