Help for a newbie...please

I am about to attempt to register for our first WDW pin event (The Big Pin Game). Can anyone offer any pointers regarding registration and the event's themselves? It will be myself and my DD (13) we will be at WDW for a long weekend vacation and just found out about the event.

It's a little hard to come up with pointers, since every event is a little different than the ones before, and there has never been one at Disney's Wide World of Sports before, so that will bring on even more changes. Do you have the registration form from Disney? One was mailed to participants at prior events last week, so the first step is to get that. Or you can register online at OfficialDisneyPinTrading.com.

Other than that, I can only think of one pointer...Have Fun!

We requested information from Disney over a month ago, but haven't recieved anything yet. I did find the registration form and plan to fill that out online and submit ASAP.

Will I need to have all of my confirmation materials with me at the event or will my State ID be enough to prove who I am? I'm concerned that the registraton info. will not get to me before I leave for WDW. Do you think they would send it to the hotel for me?

Hi Vacation!

When I registered for the Pinorama I just faxed in my form and about two days later I called them to be sure that they received all my info and that everything was in order.

When it came time for the event all I had to give them was my name and drivers license to get in. Anybody else run into anything different with the other events?
