We are currently planning a trip to DLP for next year. It will just be me and two children aged 16 and 10. We are thinking our booking into the hotel Sante Fe for four nights, doing two days in the park and going into Paris for one day. Any help you could give me would be appreciated.:goodvibes

1. How easy is it to get to DLP from Charles De Gaule Airport and which is the best way to get to my resort.

2. Once in Paris how easy is it to get from one attraction to the other, say the Effiel Tower to Le Louvre. Is the Metro the way to go or should I take a guided tour included in my holiday package? Has anyone done a guided tour? Where do they include visits to? and do you get to actually get off the coach and take pictures?

3. Is the Sealife Centre in Val de Europe worth seeing? We get free tickets with our holiday package but don't want to miss out on Disney fun. Do you think that a full day in Disneyland Park and half a day in Disney Studios would be enough if I took half a day to go to Sealife or should I stay in Disney.

My oral french is okay but my understanding is poor. This is what is making me nervous about the trip. I don't want to get into Paris, get lost and spend all day wandering around aimlessly:)

It is quite easy to get from the airport to the hotel. I have used the VEA shuttle, not sure of the cost as it was 9 years ago & it was included in the package price.

Other methods are the TGV or a private shuttle service which many have used I think it is called RS transport.

I'm sure other can provide the links to it.

We used the metro when we went to Paris and found this ok to get about.

I can't answer about the sealife as i've never been.

There is a guided tour from Disney but the majority of people seem to make their own way into Paris. It really is very simple. We took the RER train in then took a hop-on, hop-off bus tour.

If I only had two days for Disney then I wouldn't bother but then again we have a couple of Sealife places near us which we've visited countless times so it's never going to be top priority for us.

Perhaps plan exactly what you want to do in Paris, I always think there's far less chance of getting lost anywhere if you have an idea of where you're meant to be going.
I'm sure you'll be fine and will have a wonderful time. :wizard:
