For all the Moms out there, or anyone else for that matter. I don't have much time to do a search on this topic, so any help with your 2 cents would be appreciated.
My wife wants to get to Disney World around her 30 or 31st week of pregnancy. I too think it would be a nice "Babymoon," but am concerned about her flying on a plane for the 2 1/2 hours to Florida.
The doctors say it is ok (I asked him 3 different times), the books say it is ok too, but I still don't want to take any unnecessary risks. Am I crazy? Has anyone on here done the flight while pregnant with no problems?
I see how many young children have problems with their ears not popping on flights, well why would a unborn child be any different. They say they hear quit well in there and I would not want to cause any damage!
I dont' know, just looking for some reassurance I guess. This is a great site and figured some families have already pondered over this situation.
For the record, we are vacation club members, and plan to go in October 2007 when the kid is about 10 months old, so it won't kill us to not go this year (although it feels like it). I'd love to make the wife happy, but not any the little persons expense, there are other places we can drive too.
Hope this made sense.

And remember, your stress and worry makes Mommy stress and worry.
So relax, and enjoy your last trip together before kids. Because next time you will ride IASW 3 times in a row
, just to see your childs face light up again!
