Help! First Timer

Okay, we are leaving on our first Disney vacation EVER in 20 days!
I have been lurking on the boards for months and the info I have gathered is amazing! A couple of questions though...

1. Is it cheaper to arrange your own transportation from/to the airport?

2. Should we expect super large crowds the first week of May?

3. How strict are they on the weight requirement for parasailing? My dd wants to go tandem with me at CC but only weighs 80 lbs. Wondering if they will still let her go since she will be with me (and I can more than make up for the 10 lbs she is lacking...LOL).

4. Oh yeah and one more thing...please remind me that it will be okay if we don't do every little thing and just relax and enjoy this vacation!! I am starting to get to the OVER planning point!!

Let me see if I can help you with several of your questions...

1. The airport/port transportation really depends on how many you have in your party. With DCL transfers you pay per person (about $50/person). With a limo, cab or towncar you pay for the vehicle, not by the number of passengers (unless you have a large party and need a larger vehicle).

2. May should not be "super" crowded. School is still in session.

3. No advice on parasailing. Haven't done that YET!!!

4. Relaxing is the correct thing to do while on vacation. If you can figure out how to accomplish this, PLEASE let me know!!! I always need to take an extra vacation week after any trip to WDW!!!

I Haven't been parasialing yet at CC, but I believe from reading other threads that as long as the combined weight (when going tandem) is over 90 lbs, she will be able to go.
