Help first time tring California Grill?

I can't remember do they do wishes fireworks every night?

What adr time do i need at the California grill to be seated in time for the fireworks show?

What's everyone favorites dish?

Seeing the fireworks depends on what time they are having them at WDW, different times on different nights and times of the year. You can always go back later that night and they will let you up to the viewing area.

We went for the first time in June and it was just incredible. DH had the filet with BBQ sauce (the sauce is very strong so next time we will ask for it on the side) and I had the pork tenderloin with goat cheese polenta...HOLY PORK BATMAN this was insanely wonderful and so tender it fell apart in your mouth...clearly the winner of the two entrees.
