Help finding this ring :)

This ring is for sale apparently at Disney World... So I just was not sure if there was a website or a store online that I could get it from.....

I can't even understand the website for Tokyo to get the ring section... so i would be very uncomfortable ordering anything from there... :scared1:

There is a store on Main St USA in the Magic Kingdom that will probably have it, they had a lot of beautiful Mickey jewlery! I wish I knew what it was called. Its on the right hand side when your on your way in.

Anyone know? DF had to drag me out of there he said he saw a look in my eye he had never seen before. lol. I wanted EVERYTHING:goodvibes

I am going to be there the 14th-18th. If you haven't tracked it down by then, pm me and I would be happy to look into trying to get one to you !

I have that ring! I bought it at Uptown Jewelers (the store on Main Street) four years ago. However it hasn't held up very well. I had to take it back after a few weeks because a stone fell out. Now after wearing it constantly for almost a year straight it is very discolored. I'll try and take a pic to show you.

This is not so reassuring... i have a wedding band that I bought, but I would really like something Disney on it... It is too small to have mouse ears engraved on the inside... I am not sure about this ring now though... Is it really bad?? :sad1:

I have bought many rings ar Disney - and the quality is not great - they tarnish easily and the stones fall out...I normally don't mind that because I just replace them every year - but for a wedding band I'm hesitant to go that route.

That's why I am tossed up between ordering the ones off the Japanese Disney Store site or getting a really wide band and engraving Mickeys on it...

I agree that the quality of the jewelry they sell in the parks is not the greatest. Most of what I've bought has either tarnished very easily or had a stone come loose. I would not buy that ring as a wedding band.
The higher priced jewelry they sell in the parks might be better quality but I'm not sure if they sell anything that would be suitable as a wedding band. Maybe somebody going to Disney soon can take a look and see what they have.

I have to echo what others have said. Jewelry sold and places in the parks just doesn't hold up very well. Especially not for a wedding band. Sorry to burst your bubble. But there must be some Disney style options out there. I just don't know where. Have you gone to any actual jewelers and just asked and see what they say. Maybe they have catalogs you can look at or something.

I have looked everywhere - it's kind of my obsession right now. Locally I can get a ring designed but it will cost at least $1500 to start for anything worthwhile. It seems like this is a market that SOMEONE should corner! I can't believe that no one makes Disney themed wedding rings, really! It seems so weird as many people have Disney weddings, and also how many people have Disney themed weddings at home.

I have decided to either suck it up and order the ones from Japan or get plain (wide) bands and have an engraver draw mickey's around the band.

Funny story, I was at DL last month and went to every store looking for options...they have a jewelery store at DTD there, and so I went in to ask about Disney Bands - the salesperson looked down her nose and said in a very upscale snobby voice "We don't DO Disney jewelery" - my sister and I cracked up, I'm not sure the lady realized she is working ON Disney property - it was quite hilarious :)

I had this one as my wedding ring in June (I didn't even have an e-ring yet). I don't wear it every day...usually just on weekends, but it'll be a year old on Saturday, and it's fine. Of course, it's sterling silver (as opposed to gold-tone) and it only has 3 little bezel-set stones (in the "O" to make Mickey ears in the word "LOVE")
