Help finding someones designs

Hi I am looking for the person who has a design of tinkerbell sitting on a rainbow mickey head , it says faith trust and a lil pixie dust on top and then disneyworkd 2006 and family names. They have a copy that is blank but I can't find the post that I found the link from . TIA for any help
