Help? Fastpass and MDE

Staying at SOG

My MDE shows the names as Guest 1 etc...it won’t let me link the guests names because it shows everyone listed as child even though on MDE the SOG reservation says 3adults 2 kids. Do I need to put their/link real names there to get FP? If so who do I call to fix? Any help would be appreciated thank you. Ps tickets are all linked good.

I don't know about on mobile device, but on the website, under the resort reservation, just below where it says how many guests, there is a link to View Details. If you click on that it opens another window. On the Left side of that window, under your confirmation number there should be a link to Change Reservation. That will open a new window with details of your resort reservation. Under Travel Party, to the right there should be the word change. You should be able to adjust it there. If that doesn't work, then perhaps try calling 407 939 5277. If they can't help you, then they should be able to connect you with someone that can.
