Help, epcot guest services?

Does anyone know the email address for this ?
panic is setting in at the moment..
For my sil 25th anniv i did a ps for the ice cream social(in garden grill,) and said to sil to ask for the re-hitchin ceremony , mention it to cm and server.
I have just booked my own ps for princess breakfast and while on phone i asked cm to check details on ice cream social,she said that the garden grill has rehitchin ceremony with certificate, but the re is no mention of it happening at the social
So i thought i'd email disney, to find out/put my mind at rest??

Hi Jeanette - yes they do do the rehitching ceremony at the Ice Cream Social as well as at dinner, but not all the CMs are aware of this. It is supposed to be noted on your PS but you also need to mention it at the podium when you check in.

Did your SIL get it noted on the PS when she called?

You could call dining and if the CM says the same thing, you could ask her to call the GG to check. Another suggestion would be to call in at Epcot Guest Services or GG in advance of the day you have booked, and ask them to note it on your PS, and explaining the problems you've been having.

Hi Shirley,
I booked the ps for them as a surprise
I have now phoned back and had it noted on their ps. she said lets hope the cm reads the notes, when they give their confirmation no. in
the p.s. is for tomorrow at 3pm .
well sil has got minnie wedding ears and veil ready to wear, she can't convince her dh to wear the top hat and ears though

just had a phone call!!
She said it was absolutely fantastic, mickey, pluto, chip n dale were there when they got rehitched , all the customers joined in and they got a certificate at the end of it. they are both thrilled to bits
I'm soooo pleased for them, I can stop worrying now

cant wait to see the photos
