Like ducklite said, they are wonderful dealing with food allergies. I make PS for most all of our meals and when I make them I ask the CM to note on every one that I am allergic to eggs. Then they give me the direct phone numbers to the restaurants. About two days before my PS I call the restaurants and make sure they have something I can have.
Before even making my PS I look over the menus and pick out what I will most likely eat. This way, when I talk to someone at the restaurant I can make sure that what I want is safe for me. My biggest concern was the Princess Storybook Breakfast. But I called two days before and the chef wasn't available. Within 1/2 hour he called me back. In my message I had told him what my allergies were. Before he called me back and got the box that waffles (their substitute for eggs for me) came in and read every ingredient to me to make sure it was absolutely safe. I thought that was so nice of him. During breakfast there the chef personally brought out my food. Then he came back to check on me to make sure that I was happy with it. Those waffles were wonderful. If I could only find the same ones here!
The point of all this is to let you know that they are wonderful about accommodating food allergies.
Hope you have a fabulous time!!!
Since I don't know where you are planning on dining, I would advise you to avoid Boma. It seems like I have heard that they use peanuts in several of their dishes. With it being a buffet there is just too much of a chance for cross contamination. Peanut allergies seem to be the worse for cross contamination.
