What am I missing? In trying to register I kept getting an "error" message regard to "user name". Called MS and they said to choose a one of a kind name. Tried that and when completing the registration form, complete with new ID and Pin, there is no place to "submit" the info. Totaly frustrated !!!

I know what you mean. I was able to get in at first and for a few days after that. Now I can't get back in either. I would call it user error except that I got there before.

I was able to sign on once and then it wouldn't let me back in the next time. I ended up calling member services. The had me use my user name rather that my email address ( it says you can use either). It seems to work for me now and doesn't take me back to the registration page over and over again.

Guess I'll be calling MS soon too. I was able to log in up until a couple of days ago. It won't accept my e-mail and password and brings me to the screen for the "one-time" entering of PIN, etc.

I was having the same problem. I called member services and they told me not to use my e-mail as my login, use my user name instead. They was able to give this to me because I forgot what mine was. Hope this helps
