Help - Dreams has not answered me!!!

I sent in a request for the August repositioning cruise on Sunday to Dreams.

I have not received any confirmation from them that they received it.

Can anyone help? I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to be shut out when things open up tomorrow at 1PM>

I'm sure they have a LOT of requests for the CA cruises. They will probably get back to you when they can tell you something definite, like pricing, etc.

I have had the same problem with DU except I sent in my request at least a week ago and then sent them a follow up email...and no reply at all. I took a look at the mousesaver website and contacted the TA they recommended and received an almost immediate response. I just hope I didn't wait too long!

I sent an email to the TA at dreams I used before.. She answered my to submit my request through the reservation request form and that they would be getting back to me when Disney begins booking... I dont think they have all the info they need yet.....

I sent an email to the fellow we used to book our Dec cruise and he has not answered. I suppose if they keep tight lipped about it until tomorrow, they are safe. I hope I get an email tomorrow! Sitting and waiting patiently!

The wonderful DU girl I work with, MERRIE THOMAS, said she was having email problems! Be patient. Keep trying!!!

Our DU agent is on vacation, did recieve an out of answer response to email.
I am sure they are swamped and perhaps understaffed.

I thought I should add....I realize that DU is probably swamped but I would have been happy with a computer generated email response, just something to know my request didn't get lost in the system.

It just so happens that I received just such a response this morning!
