The problem is that we are going on vac. to fl. at the end of Aug. We will be staying 1 week with family in orlando and then 2 weeks at ASM's. I can make my ADR's on march 3rd. we are on the dining plan. My son wants to bring a friend with us on vac. She has never been out of the state of WA. (she is 16) Her mom doesnt know if she can go yet because she isnt keeping up with school work and house work. The mom said she has to see her trying before she will agree to let her go. Her mom doent understand that i have to make my ADR's soon or else some places we will not be able to eat at. My son is willing to pay her part of 800.00 and take the risk. If we add her to the room and make adr's for 7 on march 3rd and then over the summer we get a defenite NO can we just take her off and keep the same adr's or do they have to cancel the adr's and make new ones's for 6?? I'm worried that if they have to cancel then some of the restaurants will not be avaliable anymore. or what if we add her over the summer if it is YES can they just add one extra seat or do they have to start over again??? What if we add her and she cant come and jsut show up with a party of 6 instead of 7??? dont know what to do.... HELP....Thanks, Gina

If I were you, I would just assume she is going and make all ADR's for 7. If she doesn't end up going, you can just mention at the check in desk that it is only a party of 6. It is much eaisier to take a chair away than add one.

I completely agree, I would think you'd be looking at an 8 top table as opposed to a 6 top, so you definitley should book the ADR's for 7 and if something changes then at the check in stand just let them know it will be one less. If he paid the $800 for her to go, you might end up finding another friend to fill in if she can't go . . . I know when I went 3 years ago I changed the person that was going with our family 3 times before the final trip, it's only a quick name change and since the money is already paid . . .
